They are already past the 3rd worm drive, a few days and will receive their first vaccine and microchip. After the 4th week I let them out into the runway which is about 150 sqm. Now everyone here moves as much as they want. At this age, there is no need to be afraid of not being found back, and in the evening they sleep at their usual place anyway. By the age of 6 weeks, they dare to do their farther in the dark in the evening. Their self-confidence and local knowledge are growing, and their movement is becoming more stable day by day. They’re already whining after me when I go up to the farm to work, so I let them go.
